I have a question more like dilemma.. I am constantly bouncing between restricting calories and overeating to working out once every other week to working out six days a week for two weeks then hating my life. I want to like myself and my body. You mentioned you used to run on rest days and I was curious as to what you do now. Love having these podcasts to listen to and realize we can change our mindset!! Maybe you need a full rest day.
